This is a minor thing but presumably trivial to fix.
Currently, all questions in a questionnaire get automatically numbered, with visible labels such as Question 1, Question 2, etc. These labels are meaningless for questionnaires with just one question, though. (Such questionnaires are pretty common, at least in my materials.)
For example, the below is taken from a single-question questionnaire. The label Kysymys 1 is a waste of space, and so is 1 piste, because that information is redundant with the questionnaire header just above (not shown in this pic).
