Hi,

I came across your software implementation on the ESP32-C3, very well done!!

Since I would like to use portable (not connecting to an existing LAN), can you make a version which INLCUDES its own AP?
So I can use my phone to observe the results!

I've just added a pull request that meets this requirement. Allows multiple wifi networks and falls back to a self hosted hotspot.
