- setup-config: create NATS stream/reload platform accounts on install when offlineInstaller is true (not just Hosted) - platform config: emit [badger] and [contract] sections when Hosted or offlineInstaller; keep invoice/fileserver/firebase/marketplace gated on Hosted only - billing-ui: set ENABLE_OFFLINE_BILLING_UI=true env when global.platform.offlineInstaller is enabled Signed-off-by: RokibulHasan7 <mdrokibulhasan@appscode.com>
