[pro-projects]: a collection of the hand-picked oss projects

in the pro dashboard that we already have, i think it'd be a great idea if we also have a "Pro Projects"

on the pro dashboard, it shows the projects in latest to oldest order and probably a 3*n.

what we can store in the db:

• oss project number ie #nn
• link of the oss project
• name of the project
• qualities (you can pick a better name if you have one) (it should be text based so that we can add things like: 👇

things to create

• a pro dashboard ui to show the projects in it
• a minimal search to search the project (same like we have in pro/modules)
• a minimal admin cms to add project and add that cms to /admin
