Added .gitignore to manage untracked files. Changed: project now ignores unnecessary files. Scope: project setup. We needed to address unnecessary files being untracked.

Added: .gitignore file to ignore untracked files. Fixes: none. Breaks: BREAKING CHANGE: none.
