So, @Torxed let me tell you that yes, we're all clearly human, but maybe the problems relies on the fact that few individuals tends to forget that... for example, individuals that do things without explaining the reason, ruining good software for everyone else, humans too.

Humans that ruin software made by humans for humans, incredible, right?
So yeah, lock things, but I want an answer that doesn't seem a damn PR statement, especially from you @dylanmtaylor since you're clearly human.

Regarding the "very emotional statement", you're damn right it was, heh!
I use Linux and open-source because I also want to at least have control on my PC, if I can't control my life at all let me control at least my thinking box, which I do a lot of sensible stuff with, so that's why I get pissed off if someone touches open-source community-driven projects made by people to improve the world piece by piece.
Basically, the only non-enshittified products on this stupid world full of PR bullshit and aggressive marketing (and tracking or spam)

I'm tired of seeing your continued attempts of overly-compliance on something that needs to die YESTERDAY.
Stuff like these are the reason why we can't have nice things, which "stuff like these" I am referring to "people not opposing with all their will", not just to the real beginning of the problem: the mandated law.

Consider how you talk to and address other people.

I'm not a PR-talkguy, never was, never will and I hate sanitized talk.

Of course, I can be very respectful and tactful, but this isn't the time.

I rarely comment if I'm not helping someone, since I tend to keep things for myself most of the times but I tend to comment unpleasant things if I must.

This situation is not pleasant.
Your aggressive compliance is not pleasant.
This government-mandated spying bullshit is not pleasant, I know it, you know it, my (nonexistent) dog knows it, yet YOU created something and won't accept that people will be angry at YOU, since YOU are the one that created a PR that WILL AFFECT BILLIONS OF PEOPLE.

FUCKING SYSTEMD.

This is serious, it's internet, we're humans, we have emotions, WE'RE REAL, we've lives and open-source should be something used to HELP EACH OTHER!

Reflect on this for a millisecond, at least.
