The functional tests' screenshots are about to become the source for the README/docs images (visual walkthrough plan, step 1 of 8). Pin the viewport to Playwright's current default instead of relying on it, so a Playwright upgrade can't silently resize every captured image. Page creation is centralized in one helper, which is also where the demo-recording flag will hook in later. Full functional suite green locally; screenshots verified at 1280x720.
