Reduce search-paths for version.txt file #95

I'm having Nvidia Cuda installed on my machine and unfortunately its
version.txtfile always gets found (instead of Arduino'sversion.txt).A reduction of the search paths for
version.txt(within the filecmake\Platform\System\VersionDetector.cmake) seems reasonable, as${ARDUINO_SDK_PATH}is used as a hint anyway.OS: Windows
