arm64: dts: rockchip: add NanoPC-T6 Plus, share DTS with LTS Plus

The Plus and LTS Plus variants of FriendlyElec's NanoPC-T6 ship the
same hardware on the kernel-visible side: ES8389 audio codec in place
of the RT5616 found on the base T6, plus a dedicated 5V regulator on
the USB host port (vcc5v0_host_20 / u2phy3_host).

Add rk3588-nanopc-t6-plus.dts based on rk3588-nanopc-t6.dts, and turn
the existing rk3588-nanopc-t6-lts-plus.dts into a symlink pointing at
it so both .dtb artifacts continue to build without duplicating
sources. Wire up the new dtb in the rockchip Makefile.
