PathOn Robotics ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Record3D Stream mobile application (the "App").
Record3D Stream captures the following sensor data from your device only during active streaming sessions:
- Camera (RGB): Used to capture color images for 3D streaming.
- LiDAR / Depth Sensor: Used to capture depth maps for 3D streaming.
- Motion Sensors (Accelerometer & Gyroscope): Used to capture IMU data for pose estimation.
- Camera Pose (ARKit): Used to track device position and orientation.
All captured data is streamed in real-time over your local network (WiFi) or USB connection directly to a client device (e.g., your computer) that you connect manually. Data is transmitted only when you press "Start Streaming" and a client is connected.
Record3D Stream does not store any captured data on the device or on any remote server. All data is streamed in real-time and discarded after transmission.
Record3D Stream does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is sent to external servers.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data or sensor data with any third party.
Record3D Stream does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website.
