feat: timestamps for duration when executing via dataform run

Timestamps and duration of dataform run in console.

How does this help the users of the extension

When you have big dataform objects that run several minutes. You want to see how long does they take to run. This is very helpfull to know if you need to pimp the query for the next nightly run. Therefor it would be very helpfull to see the duration and or timestamp after execution and or compilation.

HI @BennyDieBlume , thanks for creating the feature request. The output you see is the output of the Dataform cli. You will have to create a feature request there for this feature to be added. The vscode extension just invokes the cli with the appropriate arguments.

From the vscode command panel, you can run one of the following which will run the code you have in GCP where you can see the jobs much more interactively. This is a new feature that was added in one of the recent releases
