bug: workflow executions -> run from GCP workspace does not respect incremental refresh

Describe the bug
When running a workflow executions with the option run from GCP, I get a prompt to select full or incremental refresh. When setting either option, it runs a full refresh. This is stated in the interface, as well as in the actual job.

To Reproduce
Workflow executions -> run from GCP workspace does not respect incremental refresh -> Select Option Incremental in prompt.

Expected behavior
When selecting the option incremental update, the interface does not show "Full Refresh" and the job is run with the flag incremental.

Environment:

• Operating system: MacOS
• Dataform cli version: 3.0.43
• Dataform core version: 3.0.2
• Version of the extension: 1.6.1

Thanks for raising the issue, I tried to replicate the issue by creating a table of type incremental and running it from workflow executions tabs using the option run from GCP. First three times I selected "No" for full refresh which meant it created incremental table with 3 distinct snapshot_timestamp, the last time I selected "Yes" which resulted in creating a fresh table with a single timestamp. Does this match with what you were trying to do ?
