Issue: ghostbuster is reporting valid hostname/IP addresses as being vulnerable.

Description: When I run ghostbuster scan aws, the results include a number of entries which are false positives. These entries are hostnames in my account, and which point to elastic IP addresses in my account, and attached to servers with the reported hostnames.

Expected behavior: When I run ghostbuster scan aws, the list of entries should only include hostnames which point to IP addresses which are NOT present in my account.
