Companion documents for the docs reorg effort: a full inventory of all notebooks and prose files with summaries, difficulty ratings, and gap notes; and a restructuring proposal with before/after TOC comparison and open questions for team discussion.

Inspired by:
(a) how confused I felt when trying to find a good place to place the "Margin Catalogs" notebook, and
(b) I was curious to see how Claude Code would perform at a larger scale (that said--I've read everything it wrote and coded here! As I've revised and iterated on things as necessary, I stand behind the changes proposed in this PR)
