Expected result

Newest versions of @asyncapi/web-component are automatically published to npm.

Actual result

No new versions are deployed.
As far as I can see the corresponding pipeline fails because a Sonarqube quality gate failed: https://github.com/asyncapi/asyncapi-react/runs/67221538564
