To install Atian Tools, you need first to download the latest build, it can be done via two channels:

Latest Release
Latest Dev Build (Might be unstable)

For most users, acts.zip is enough, here are the different files:

acts.zip - Base application
acts-dev.zip Base application + debug symbols
acts-shield-plugin.dll Black Ops 4 Shield Plugin
version Version information (for updater)

When downloaded, extract the archive anywhere, open acts/bin in a console and run .\acts.exe.

It is suggested to run .\acts.exe download_hash_index to download the latest hash index as defined in the Hash page.
