What this adds

Adds a new Accessibility Testing section to the General Purpose Test Automation Tools page, covering 5 essential tools:

• axe-core — The most popular open-source accessibility engine from Deque Systems
• Pa11y — Command-line tool for CI/CD pipeline integration
• WAVE — WebAIM's evaluation tool suite
• RatedWithAI — AI-powered WCAG 2.2 compliance scanner
• Lighthouse — Google's open-source auditing tool

Why

Web accessibility testing is an increasingly important category of test automation — ADA/WCAG compliance is now legally required in many jurisdictions, and accessibility testing tools are widely used by QA teams. This section fills a gap in the current list.
