improve available ports table

Modify the get_available_ports output to show the following in this order:

• domain (Ex: Ampath)
• node (Ex:2)
• port (Ex:50)
• status (Ex: up)
• port_id

Extend "Get All Available Ports" to Include Available VLANs

Tasks:

• Modify the API to return VLAN availability alongside ports.
• Ensure VLAN ranges are retrieved based on the Port.services attribute ({"l2vpn-ptp": {"vlan_range": [[1, 4095]]}}) in topology data.
• Unit Test: Validate VLAN retrieval and edge cases (e.g., no VLANs available).
• Ensure responses follow SDXClient validation rules.
• The table, when finished, should have the following features:
  • Port: urn:sdx:port:ampath.net:Ampath3:50
  • Domain: ampath.net
  • Device: Ampath
  • Port #: 3:50
  • Status: up
  • VLAN_range: 1-4095
  • VLANS in Use: 3; 402; 5062;
• The idea is that the user can first query which ports are available and then query which vlans are available once that has been done
• These should be added with appropriate tests to the repo and then both the notebook and the artifact updated
• Also, I need to implement a way for the user to dynamically create their endpoints by querying the entity substring.
  • The thought is that I create a separate method for the user to call that will do the following:
    • Allow user to query the entities attribute by substring and present an indexed list of the ports associated with that entity.
    • Allow the user to input the index of that port and then present the user with an indexed list of the available VLANS
    • Allow the user to choose the vlan (either a single or a continuous range) and populate their endpoints with that information.
  • I am thinking that the query would look something like this:
    • Endpoint1 = get_endpoint_by_entitiy()
    • Then user will be given the prompt for the substring which I am hoping will filter as they type
