Nicknames to Alexandria, Serapeum, etc.

I don't know if HTML-Template is smart enough to let us scan the depends-on list, but if so, then we could check for the presence of some well-known libs and automatically add local nicknames for them.

Suggested nicknames:

• Alexandria: alex
• Serapeum: sera
• Lparallel: para (Nyxt currently uses lpara, but suggest to switch to para which is 4 letters and more readable)
• local-time: time

We can include Alexandria and Serapeum by default, as those are essential for convenient developer experience. That could be one way :)
