Closing this PR. zone.js 0.16.0 requires Angular 21.1.0+, which is currently in pre-release.

All stable Angular versions (19.x, 20.x, 21.0.x) only support zone.js ~0.15.0.

We'll update zone.js when Angular 21.1.0 stable is released.
