docs: user migration section rework

content maintenance on the user migration section.

Details

• uses a directory listing on the user migration landing page

  before	after

• consolidates to one how-to on bulk imports and one how-to on bulk exports, and organizes the section (as seen on the landing page as well)

  before	after

• formats and and edits the user data json schema reference

  before	after

• meaningfully edits the how-tos for automatic migration, bulk imports, and bulk exports

Testing

as always, the diff for big content changes is hard to read. i'd browse the preview instead and click through the section.
