Summary

Add an Auth0 acting as a SAML or WS-Fed IdP section to the Rotate Signing Keys page, explaining that rotation changes the signing certificate for every service provider at once and linking to the SAML guide for pre-establishing trust in the next certificate.
Add a Rotate the tenant signing key section to the SAML sign/encrypt page, covering single- vs multi-certificate service providers and the limits of metadata refresh.
Add a pointer to the Key rotation impact section before the rotation instructions.

mint broken-links from main/ shows no new broken links in the edited files
Verify the #rotate-the-tenant-signing-key and #key-rotation-impact anchors resolve in preview
Confirm the SAML/WS-Fed tooltips show the correct glossary definitions
