It introduces modular Gradle scripts (adds gradle.properties, maven-publish.gradle, versioning.gradle), modernizes and simplifies GitHub Actions, and adjusts publishing/auth/signing handling for Maven Central. Several workflow YAML and Gradle files are updated.
