Cannot animate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-When I click "Enable"animation, it shows "cannot animate...no animations 
available"
(For all the heroes and skins)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-1.17/Windows 7

The application must also be compiled with debugging
