Add Cmd/Ctrl+click "go to definition" from the text and grid relationship editors to the schema editor, plus a modifier-held hover affordance (underline + pointer cursor) indicating which tokens/cells are jumpable. - schema-jump store coordinates cross-document navigation to the schema tab - jump-targets helpers resolve types/relations/caveats to schema positions - text editor uses a native Monaco DefinitionProvider + editor opener - grid editor uses onCellClicked plus a per-cell cursor and canvas underline - useModifierKeyHeld hook tracks the Ctrl/Cmd modifier state
