More en version texts (#165)

* initial commit of additional en version texts

* don't automatically set start chapter, start verse, end chapter, and end verse unless it was explicitly provided in the reference, especially since implied end chapter and end verse can differ based on Version/Translation

* updated new versions (especially titles and init files) and added formatting tests for references for the new versions

* lazy loading version titles and texts

* memory usage enhancements

* WIP
