Thanks for your reply. What's strange is that I only experience this issue when I connect the EZCOO to output 2 of the Denon. I get the 120Hz Dolby Vision signal from the Xbox on the TV via output 1 of the Denon, and the EZCOO works fine since HyperHDR displays the correct colors. But if I switch to the Sony Blu-ray or another Dolby Vision source, I get a pinkish tint. If I only use output 1 of the Denon with the EZCOO connected to it, there are no Blu-ray issues, but I lose the 120Hz Dolby Vision signal for Xbox games... |

Subscribing as I have a similar issue with "pink" screen and FireTV Cube (Dolby Vision) > EZCOO SP12H2: 1 > LG7700, 2 > UGREEN 257173 > Pi 3B+. |

Hello everyone,
I have a problem I can't seem to solve.
I have a Denon X2800H amplifier, a TCL 55C805 television, an Xbox Series X, a Raspberry Pi 400 for HyperHDR and Home Assistant, an Ezcoo ez-sp12h21 splitter, and an MS2109 USB capture card.
I have certified HDMI cables (QR code present).
I also have a Sony X700 Blu-ray player.
I lose Dolby Vision 120Hz on the Xbox as soon as I connect the Ezcoo and use the 1080p scaler on output 2 of the Ezcoo. The TCL is connected to output 1 of the Ezcoo.
If I switch both outputs to 4K, I don't have any problems, but my capture card no longer detects anything. I tested it directly on the Xbox without going through the Denon. I also tested it by unplugging the capture card from output 2 and I have the same problem. The Xbox outputs HDR10 120Hz and no longer Dolby Vision.
I have the latest Ezcoo firmware, and I'm using Copy EDID. If I test with the switches: Atmos, 120Hz, Dolby Vision, I get the same result.
I tested with both outputs of the Denon. Monitor 1 directly to the TV and Monitor 2 to the Ezcoo. It works. I get Dolby Vision 120Hz.
But, when playing the Blu-ray, the HyperHDR display turns pink…
I've searched several forums and the excellent threads on git, but I can't find a solution, and my English isn't perfect. If you have any ideas, I'd appreciate it. Would connecting an MS2130 or 2130s to the Ezcoo solve the problem?
Thanks
