Hi, you must add additional logging on your own. The symptom of missing P010 kernel patch is described in wiki (dmesg). Also v4l2 tools cant see it anymore in that case. |

Hi,
So as the title implies, I am seeing the auto tone mapping get turned on sometimes with some SDR content. I've had the reverse happen in the past where it would be getting turned off for HDR content and I would look at the log and it would tell me what value triggered it to turn off and I could adjust the threshold values accordingly. However, when it gets triggered to turn on there is no output in the log indicating what value caused it. How can I adjust it accordingly without this information? Is there a technique or just something I am overlooking perhaps?
Also, side note. I used the RaspberryPi Image with the P010 patch originally. The other day I ran a script on the pi for some fan control and it did a whole bunch of stuff. How can I tell if it updated my kernel and messed removed that P010 patch? Would P010 just no longer be an option in HyperHDR? Is there any command I can run in the terminal which will verify the patch is still applied?
Thanks!
