Remove 3 inactive/abandoned userscripts

Remove scripts that have been unmaintained for 5+ years:
- Endless Google (last updated 2019, duplicated in Google + Navigation)
- Select text inside a link like Opera (last updated 2016)
- Show and reload broken images (last updated 2018)

These scripts are no longer compatible with modern browsers and their
repositories show no activity. Better alternatives exist for all of them
(e.g. Pagetual for infinite scrolling, native browser text selection).
