docs: fix occured -> occurred typo in catch-block comments

Fixes 'occured' -> 'occurred' typo in three catch-block comments across analytics (Kinesis, Pinpoint) and notifications (in-app messaging Pinpoint helpers). Comment-only change, no functional impact.
