v1: remove OTEL_PYTHON_DISABLED_INSTRUMENTATIONS, now auto-handled by distro defaults and mutual exclusion auto-detection. v2: replace AWS_AGENTIC_OBSERVABILITY_OPT_IN with AGENT_OBSERVABILITY_ENABLED, remove OTEL_PYTHON_DISABLED_INSTRUMENTATIONS, add OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT for local collector routing, and set OTEL_METRICS_EXPORTER to otlp.
