Revert bedrock runtime change. (#966)

Revert the following two PRs to avoid using `jackson-databind` as
dependency:
1. Set Up LLM Inference Attributes Auto-Instrumentation Java v1:
mxiamxia/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#21
2. Set Up LLM Inference Attributes Auto-Instrumentation Java v2:
mxiamxia/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#22
