Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to GenU home by smartphone
2. Open menu to access the setting that is located at bottom of menu bar
3. Cannot scroll down to setting (gear) icon

Expected Behavior
なんらかの方法で設定画面へのアクセスが可能になる
