[Doc] Explicitly confirm Data Wrangler is supported on README #46

Description

@athewsey

So I understand historically this extension didn't support auto-shutdown of Data Wrangler sessions when it first launched, but from testing today it seems:

  • Shut-down of idle Data Wrangler sessions IS currently supported
  • Shut-down of idle SageMaker Canvas sessions IS NOT currently supported

The problem is I had to go verify because it seems like it hasn't yet been fully clarified in the docs - so a customer was not sure and I couldn't commit without further investigation either.

  • The 'Shut down Data Wrangler' developer guide page currently makes no mention of auto-shutdown options
  • This repository's README only talks about kernel gateway apps using notebook-related language and doesn't explicitly state anywhere whether Data Wrangler or other session types (SM Debugger Profiler?) are or aren't covered.
  • The original blog seems to have been generally updated but still discusses Data Wrangler as a separate thing from notebook kernels.

I appreciate the effort to be concise, but could we please have some explicit wording in the README intro that Data Wrangler sessions are included in the kernel gateway apps the solution monitors?

(IMO It'd be ideal if we could also confirm what other Studio app types are in & out of scope - for example SM Debugger, SM Canvas, RStudio, etc?)
