Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud NatGateway costs

The tutorial creates costs under Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud NatGateway.

There were two unassigned Elastic IP's on my account and I think it also builds NAT Gateway, which isn't part of free tier. Is there any way to run the tutorial without these costs?

The NatGateway is required for the Lambda functions to access the Internet and download the pretrained models from HF.
NatGateway itself requires EIP.

After downloading the pre-trained models, can we delete the NAT without impacting the proper functioning of the lambda function?
