v0.6.8 of Pod Identity Webhook not published to Docker Hub

What happened: Version v0.6.8 is marked as released on Github, but is not published to Docker Hub

What you expected to happen: I expected the version to be published to docker hub -- similar to the other released versions -- close to the release date of v0.6.8.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

docker pull amazon/amazon-eks-pod-identity-webhook:v0.6.8

Environment:

• Webhook Version: v0.6.8

the one key thing that was changed: tagging policy which is not matched with releases, but you can easily found relative images by commit hash for specific release
