Description of changes:
Given that this repo does not to be synced with a private backing repo, and the release pipeline is now connected to the public GitHub repo, I am adding the
Sync master devworkflow to match the release experience of this repo with the rest of our HLLs.I have also update the
update-Dockerfilesworkflow to remove .NET6 since that is no longer being updated.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
