This implementation introduces a new ThreadStorage utility class (which is a wrapper for ThreadLocal), specifically this is used to manage the trace ID
AWS_LAMBDA_X_TraceIdin the traceID execution interceptor. This would be set by the Lambda runtime interface client, and later used by Xray SDK.
