This pull request adds the Hello and Scenario examples for AWS Support. A CDD build is here: http://sheppycloud.aka.corp.amazon.com:4301/build-swift-support/swift_1_code_examples.html
This is the resubmitted version of this PR after I corrected some issues with my repository. I haven't yet isolated why @tejasgn1 and others get hangs when running it while I do not. I suspect a possible SDK bug but need to confirm it.
