Concise description of the PR

This sample demonstrates how to search an AWS Agent Registry via MCP from Kiro, identify capability gaps, build missing agents, publish them back to the registry using Kiro Powers, and orchestrate them via AgentCore Runtime — all without leaving the IDE.

User experience

Before: No sample existed showing how to use Kiro IDE with AWS Agent Registry for a registry-first development workflow.

After: Developers can follow a step-by-step tutorial that walks through creating a DCR-enabled registry, deploying sample agents, searching the registry from Kiro via MCP, and building missing Agents via Kiro powers, and orchestrating all the agents in a workflow to solve a use case in minimum time.
