docs(launch): reconcile Show HN build-index versions with README

Fixes I5 from the PR #22 coherence review. The Show HN draft
previously instructed building only 3.12,3.13 while every other
doc instructed the full 3.10,3.11,3.12,3.13,3.14 list. A reader
who followed the HN post and then the README would find the
index incomplete.
