New installation issues

• Parallels does not have permissions to be installed because permissions to terminal should be given
• Taps are not getting tapped before installing packages, ending up in failed failed brews and failed chezmoi apply
• SwiftLint requires Xcode to be installed first
• mise ERROR flutter@latest not installed
• .chezmoiscripts/pnpm-install-globals.sh - pnpm: command not found
• Call mise install at some point after brews and packages are downloaded
• Install latest Android SDK Platform, Build Tools, SDK Platform Tools, sources, emulator
• Remove android platform-tools in flavor of commandline-tools use sdkmanager to install required packages.
• Selected installation for parallels, platformio,supabase etc.
• Install ollama and lmstudio on machines with more than 32GB RAM (conditionally)
