feat: add static Home/Rooms wireframe with reserved nav rail

Summary

• add a new ui_home module that renders the static homepage wireframe with the empty 96 px nav rail
• update the AppLauncher to create the new home screen on open

Implementation

• build the homepage layout with LVGL Flex for the main split/header and Grid for the three room cards
• define helper utilities for consistent background, labels, and cards using the project color palette and Montserrat fonts

Testing

• idf.py build
