Add option to hide legacy/alias skill names from Claude skill list

Hi! Thanks for Plannotator. It’s working well.

I’m seeing duplicate Plannotator skills in Claude Code’s available skill list because both legacy names and new names are exposed. This creates list noise and makes discovery harder. Please add a plugin option to suppress legacy aliases in the skill list.
