Solution for issue 7861

better-sqlite3 to v12 has been updated to v12 for remaining workspaces

Hi @andriyun, while we really appreciate the contribution there was a request that this not be done in one large PR in the issue you linked. We have different owners for each workspace which means we need their approval before moving forward. Do it in individual PRs means we came easily move merge once we have approval from the respective owner. Also Renovate has already created a PR much like this one: #8106
