(Feature Request) Add "Flash vendor_kernel_boot" in "Flash Boot" menu!

• I have read the README documentation to confirm this feature doesn't already exist

Problem Statement

I have a feature request, add "Flash vendor_kernel_boot" in "Flash Boot" menu!

This would help user quickly flash stock partitions for Sultan Kernels!

Proposed Solution

Add "Flash vendor_kernel_boot" in "Flash Boot" menu!

Select a stock boot, and hit the Flash Boot button.

Nope I am specifically talking about the "vendor_kernel_boot" as that is what Sultan kernel flashs the dtb to!
