Description of Bug
When resizing the texture of any kind, the image artifacts, leaving a corrupted trail on the middle of an image, and retaining an old size at the top. Sometimes doesn't resize immediately.
Steps to reproduce
Load a new texture or resize an old texture. I run the problem through X11 layer (WINIT_UNIX_BACKEND=x11 WAYLAND_DISPLAY="" qrenderdoc), because without it vulkan crashes for some reason.
