Enable signal for reboot

Glad to see the significant improved flashing speed thanks to this.

However, there's one thing that I'd love to see as a feature: when the flashing is done and validated, have the ability to reboot the device from the Etcher UI.

While this might not a big deal to power cycle the device if you have a Pi/CM3 on your desk, it is a rather big inconvenience if you're flashing out a device using a long USB cable (such as when we flash NEC monitors).

Having this ability would streamline the experience a lot in my opinion.

Unfortunately I don't think this is possible - IIRC although the minimal-kernel running on the CM3 could reboot the CM3 once the flashing process has finished, as soon as the CM3 powers back up it'll see the USB cable attached and immediately enter usbboot mode, and not boot from the eMMC (which I assume is what you'd want). If i'm not mistaken, you need to trigger the device over USB with rpi-boot (or similar) for it to enter USB mode. If that's not present at boot time, it will just skip and move forward. That said, I'm sure @curcuz will know a lot more about that than me.
