How to reproduce

It is not possible to enter the lowercase "e" character in text input to label objects.

Actual results

It should say Sweet.
It should say "sweet" there, but it only works if I write the "e" in another program and then create the "e" again using the insert function.

Expected results

That I can type the word "Sweet" using the keyboard.

Same root cause as #10684 and #10605 — the is_text_entry_focused() check in MainFrame.cpp failed to detect certain custom widget containers as text-entry holders, so the e key shortcut fired instead of the character reaching the text field.

Fixed in PR #10826.

This is exactly the same root cause as the Windows 'Z' key issue I'm addressing in PR #10826 (and the broader refactoring in #10839).

The application uses a global keyboard hook (wxEVT_CHAR_HOOK) that intercepts keys like 'Z' (for zoom) or 'E' (for rotate/text tools) before they reach the text field. Because Bambu Studio wraps many text inputs inside custom composite layout panels, the old focus logic only checked the top-level window. On both macOS and Windows, the OS focus often hits the outer container wrapper first, causing the app to think the viewport is active instead of the text input.

By implementing the parent-and-child traversal chain via is_text_entry_focused(), the application will finally look inside these composite layout wrappers to find the active text control.

Once PR #10826 and #10839 are merged, both the 'Z' bug on Windows and this lowercase 'e' bug on macOS will be fixed for good, ensuring that text entries safely retain their keystrokes.
