How to reproduce

1. Drag Bambu Studio to Secondary Monitor
2. Go to Prepare Tab
3. Click Filament settings icon "Set filaments to use"
4. Go to Custom Filament
5. Click on edit custom filament
6. "Edit filament" pop up windows opens up on Primary Monitor instead of Secondary where the Bambu stuio app is at.

The root cause is that EditFilamentPresetDialog is constructed with wxDefaultPosition, which lets the OS choose the initial window position. On multi-monitor setups, the OS typically picks the primary monitor rather than the one where the parent window (Bambu Studio main frame) is currently shown.

Fix: add this->CenterOnParent() after Fit() in the EditFilamentPresetDialog constructor — the same pattern already used by every other dialog in the codebase (e.g. ReleaseNote, KBShortcutsDialog, CaliHistoryDialog).
